About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Dispatch/Control Supervisor to join our operations support team in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for managing and monitoring real-time fleet operations across client mine sites using HME’s proprietary systems. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in mine control room operations, a good understanding of heavy mining equipment, and familiarity with fleet management systems used in production environments.
This role is well-suited for someone with prior exposure to mining production dispatch, shift control, or equipment productivity management systems.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor HME’s fleet management systems and dispatch software to support mine production targets.
Coordinate live dispatch activities, including equipment assignment, route management, and operator feedback.
Monitor real-time fleet data to detect exceptions, delays, or operational inefficiencies.
Maintain communication with field operators, supervisors, and client control room personnel.
Generate shift production and performance reports using system data.
Support onboarding and system training for mine operators, dispatchers, and site supervisors.
Conduct investigations into system-reported anomalies or equipment location discrepancies.
Assist in configuring fleet system parameters and maintaining system accuracy.
Provide operational feedback to product and technical teams to improve system usability.
Liaise with mine site teams to ensure system alignment with site production plans and KPIs.
Required Skills & Experience
Previous experience in mine control room or dispatch operations, preferably using fleet management systems (e.g., FMS, Modular, Wenco, Pitram, or similar).
Good understanding of open-pit mining operations and equipment allocation processes.
Familiarity with a wide range of mine site mobile equipment (haul trucks, dozers, loaders, shovels, drills, graders).
Strong situational awareness and ability to manage real-time operations in a high-pressure environment.
Proficient in the use of control room systems, maps, telemetry dashboards, and dispatch software.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for working with remote mine personnel.
Comfortable working in shift-based or rotational coverage schedules, if required.
