Drive qualified pipeline for HME Solutions’ mining technology portfolio by researching target accounts, running outbound and inbound programs, and booking high-quality meetings that convert to opportunities.
Requirements
Key responsibilities
Build, enrich, and segment target account and contact lists across mining operators, contractors, and OEM/partners based on ICP and buying roles.
Execute multi-channel outbound sequences (email, LinkedIn, phone) with tailored messaging by segment, solution, and trigger events.
Qualify inbound leads rapidly using clear criteria (fit, pain, authority, timeline) and route or schedule meetings with sales.
Research accounts to identify initiatives, stakeholders, tech stack, and site footprints; craft relevance-based outreach.
Maintain accurate records in CRM, including contact dispositions, sequence steps, and meeting notes; uphold data hygiene.
Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, landing pages, webinars, and events to maximise MQL-to-SQL conversion.
Track performance dashboards (reply rates, meetings set, show rates, SQLs, opportunity creation) and iterate messaging.
Monitor industry news, tenders, and shifts (open-pit/UG projects, expansions, digital programs) to trigger timely outreach.
Coordinate with sales on territory coverage, account plans, and handover quality to improve conversion and cycle time.
Comply with privacy, opt-in, and communication standards across regions and channels.
Required skills and experience
2–4 years in B2B lead generation, SDR/BDR, or demand gen roles, ideally in industrial tech, SaaS, or OT/IoT.
Proficiency with CRM and sequencing tools; comfortable building lists, running sequences, and reporting performance.
Strong written communication for concise, value-led outreach; confident verbal communication for discovery and scheduling.
Research aptitude to personalise by account, role, and operational context; disciplined note-taking and follow-up.
Data-driven approach to testing subject lines, calls-to-action, and channel mix; familiarity with basic analytics.
