About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources (HR) Executive, based in Hyderabad, to support the effective delivery of HR operations across our organisation. While the role is India-based, the responsibilities extend across our international operations, requiring a strong understanding of global HR practices and the ability to work effectively across time zones and cultures.

This role will be responsible for a broad range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, compliance, employee relations, and day-to-day HR administration. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, a solid grasp of employment regulations, and a collaborative approach to supporting a high-performing, globally connected workforce. This position plays a vital role in ensuring HR processes are efficient, compliant, aligned with the strategic goals of the business, and ensuring that our HR practices comply with local laws and global standards.

Requirements

  • Key Responsibilities 
    • Manage end-to-end HR documentation for international teams (contracts, offer letters, onboarding, compliance) 

    • Coordinate HR processes for employees  

    • Ensure HR practices comply with local employment regulations, including visa/work permit requirements 

    • Maintain digital HR systems, records, and databases 

    • Collaborate with external legal or HR consultants for region-specific requirements 

    • Assist with payroll, benefits, and HR policy documentation 

    • Support the global team with administrative and operational HR tasks 

    • Support performance management processes, including coordination of reviews, feedback cycles, and development plans across teams. 

    • Assist in talent acquisition initiatives, including liaising with hiring managers, posting roles on international job boards, and coordinating interviews. 

    • Monitor and report on HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, engagement indicators, leave tracking) to support strategic decision-making. 

    • Contribute to employee engagement efforts, such as onboarding feedback, team-building initiatives, or internal communications. 

    • Manage employee queries and guide HR policies, benefits, and procedures in coordination with regional standards. 

    • Coordinate training and development logistics, including identifying training needs, sourcing providers, and tracking participation. 

    • Track and maintain training certification and training compliance 

    • Participate in audits and due diligence activities, ensuring HR records and compliance obligations are met for international jurisdictions. 

    Required Skills & Experience 
    • 4+ years of HR experience, preferably supporting multi-country or remote teams 

    • Experience with HR platforms and project boards like Monday.com, BambooHR, Zoho People, or similar — mandatory 

    • Strong administrative and documentation skills with attention to detail 

    • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) 

    • Ability to work across time zones and coordinate with global teams 

    • Understanding of labour laws or HR processes 

    • Familiarity with digital onboarding, task tracking, and collaborative tools (e.g., Slack, Google Workspace)
